Florence Zatkoff, nee Sulpar, 78, beloved wife of the late Allen Zatkoff; loving mother of Denise (Stan) Silver, Stephen Parnes and Rick (Laurie) Parnes; cherished Grandma Flo of Sam and Roxy Silver, Chase, Danielle and Tyler Parnes, Sydney and Addie Greenspan; devoted daughter of the late Faye and Louis Sulpar; dear sister of the late Sydney (Bernice) Sulpar; adored friend and former spouse of the late Albert Parnes; treasured friend of many.
